Agreement to Terms

Welcome to FaithFeed! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FaithFeed mobile application and related services operated by LMW Labs LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account or using FaithFeed, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Description of Service

FaithFeed is a faith-based social platform that combines:

• A digital Bible with multiple translations
• AI-powered Bible study tools and insights
• Social features for faith community engagement
• A marketplace for faith-based goods and services
• Interactive games and devotional content

Account Registration

To use FaithFeed, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction)

Community Guidelines

FaithFeed is designed to be a peaceful, faith-affirming community. You agree to:

• Treat all users with respect and kindness
• Share content that uplifts and encourages faith
• Respect diverse Christian denominations and traditions
• Engage in constructive, grace-filled discussions

You agree NOT to:

• Post hateful, harassing, or discriminatory content
• Share explicit, violent, or inappropriate material
• Spread misinformation or false teachings
• Spam, advertise without permission, or engage in deceptive practices
• Impersonate others or create fake accounts
• Attempt to manipulate or exploit other users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

User Content

You retain ownership of content you create and share on FaithFeed. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the platform.

You are responsible for the content you post and represent that you have the right to share it. We may remove content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

Marketplace

The FaithFeed Marketplace allows users to buy and sell faith-based goods and services. When using the Marketplace:

• Sellers must accurately describe items and fulfill orders promptly
• Buyers must complete purchases in good faith
• All transactions must comply with applicable laws
• We are not responsible for the quality or delivery of items sold by third parties
• Disputes between buyers and sellers should be resolved between the parties

AI Features

FaithFeed includes AI-powered features to enhance Bible study. Please understand that:

• AI responses are generated by technology and may contain errors
• AI features are tools to assist study, not replacements for pastoral guidance
• AI-generated content should be verified against Scripture
• We continuously work to improve AI accuracy and appropriateness

Intellectual Property

FaithFeed and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LMW Labs LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Bible text is provided under license from the respective copyright holders of each translation.

SMS / Text Messaging

FaithFeed may send you SMS text messages through Mailchimp (our messaging provider) for purposes including beta updates, launch announcements, and promotional communications related to FaithFeed.

Consent: By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated SMS messages from FaithFeed / LMW Labs LLC. Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of the app.

Message frequency: Message frequency may vary. You can expect occasional messages about app updates, new features, and community announcements.

Opting out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. To re-subscribe, reply START.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details. FaithFeed is not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier.

Supported carriers include but are not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, and other major US carriers. Carrier support for SMS programs is not guaranteed.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior harmful to the community. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

Upon termination, your right to use FaithFeed ceases immediately. Some provisions of these Terms survive termination.

Disclaimers

FaithFeed is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy of AI-generated content
• The conduct of other users
• The quality of Marketplace transactions

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LMW Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of FaithFeed.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of FaithFeed after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
